Interactive Panel FAQs
Which brands of interactive flat panel do you supply?
We carry IQTouch, REV, Qeoyo and Hikvision on our Light plan, MAXHUB, Hikvision and Hotu on Pro, and MAXHUB on Max. Six brands, one supplier. Tell us your room and your budget, and we will recommend the right brand and size.
What is the difference between Light, Pro, and Max?
Light is the entry level panel, running Android. Pro adds Google EDLA certification and the option of Windows. Max runs Windows 11 Pro out of the box on MAXHUB hardware. All three come in the same sizes, 65 to 98 inch, and all include a wireless dongle.
Can I rent, or do I have to buy?
Both. Every plan shows a monthly rental price and a purchase price, so you pick what suits your cash flow. Renting keeps the upfront cost down. Buying makes sense if you plan to keep the panel for years, and a 0% instalment plan is available on purchases. Tell us which you prefer and we will quote accordingly.
What sizes are available, and how do I pick one?
Every plan comes in 65, 75, 86 and 98 inch. A small huddle room usually needs 65 or 75. A boardroom or classroom does better at 86 or 98. Tell us the room size and how many people sit in it, and we will recommend the right one.
Do you install the panel and train my team?
Yes. Delivery, installation and staff training are free anywhere in our coverage area. Our technicians mount the panel, connect it, and run a short session with your team so everyone can start a meeting, cast a screen and use the whiteboard on day one.
What does the warranty cover?
Light comes with a 2 year warranty. Pro and Max come with 3 years. Warranty covers parts and labour for any hardware fault, on every brand we supply. If something breaks, call us and a technician is on site within 4 hours.
Does the panel work with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet?
Yes. Every panel has a built-in camera and microphone, so you join Zoom, Teams or Google Meet without an external webcam or speaker. Wireless casting lets anyone in the room share a laptop or phone screen without a cable, and you can annotate straight over the shared screen.
Do you cover my area?
We cover all areas across Selangor, Klang Valley and KL. Delivery and installation are free within this area. Most panels are installed within days of confirming your order. Not sure we reach your office? Send your address and we will confirm the same business day.
